Rihanna ft. Young Jeezy Hard Review
Duration : 0:3:43

I recently got a new iPod touch (32GB), and I uploaded a bunch of songs onto it. Before doing so, I clicked on "Get Artwork" in the iTunes library, and it got me the album artworks for most of the songs. However, when I sync it with my iPod, none of the albums show up. Is there a way I can fix this without doing all of the manually?
You kind of have to it manually.
You have to go through all the settings.
Basically:
Is it illegal or copyright infringing if I need information on song artists, and retrieve the information from MySpace Music in the about the artist bit?
If you are talking about biographical information or history of the artist(s), there may be an implied copyright to the exact wording used if you just copy and paste it. But the rights would belong to the author of the text, not the artist it was about (if they were not the author).
It is very unlikely in this situation that you would be pursued, especially if you did not make any money from your derivative work. They are not selling access to the Myspace page, so they are not losing any income through your actions. And, you can actually be helping them in a way by more widely disseminating the information and drawing paying customers to their music.
It depends on what you plan to ultimately use the copied work for, but generally I wouldn’t sweat it. And if you properly cite the source of the quoted information, you further improve your position.
Okay i have this class and for this assignment i had to go to a concert review their performance. and it was symphonic band and i had no idea what they were doing or what to rate them on. But what i know is i have to write a one paragraph review and i have no clue what to write about.
this were the pieces they played
March By Paul Hindemith
Night on bald mountain By modest Moussorgsky
Elsas Procession to the cathedral By richard wagner
Mississippi suite by ferde grofe
La gazz ladra by gioacchino rossini.
Thanks.
Did they sound weak or full?
How was their prescence at the performance? Meager? Or impressive?
Did the music uplift? Did it sound like the oldest versions you can find? Or did it sound like it had been tweaked considerably? (The arrangement)
How was the conductors work with his band?
And you can start by listing the different songs, and say…something like, quite a varied playlist.
But some how this symphonic group managed to captivate and (enter how you feel here about the performance here.)
